The one cog in Uconn’s offensive & defensive game is Brady. She simply does not compete, has a low BBIQ, does not shoot or rebound well, has difficulty catching the ball & is not a good interior passer. The less minutes she gets the better & stronger the team will develop
Generally, fewer is used when a number of things can be counted ("fewer problems") and less is used when an amount is measured ("less trouble" or "less time").
Hidalgo is unguardable by one player. Forcing her left worked to a degree. Long 3s are not high percentage shots unless they go in, 😜. They did not use Strong effectively and Citron is a lock defender. Strong is the best all around player on the team.
Big mistake allowing Hidalgo to walk the ball up the court with no pressure on her. i feel # 10 Samuels has the quickness and intensity to pressure and could have been utilized to disrupt and make Hildago work for her shot. The others did not show they had the quickness or desire to stick with Hildago. who had free reign with no pressure on her
It is important to note if they don't beat Iowa St, USC, Tennessee and South Carolina (probably 3 of 4) they may have to play ND or USC to get into Final Four.
